If there is a reptile you are seeking and having a hard time finding, reach out and Blazing Reptiles can see if we can special order them! In your message simply put what reptile you are seeking and Blazing Reptiles will try to find it for you and email you back as quickly as possible.

We accept Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo and all major credit cards!Shipments are done through FedEx unless the animal is purchased through our wholesale partner, then a UPS tracking number will be sent to you.We use insulated reptile shipping boxes!We provide a live arrival guarantee on all reptiles that are shipped from our facility! This means that we will send you proof via photo/video that the animal coming from our facility left in good condition and was packaged properly before arrival to your location. If the animal arrives to your location dead, you will receive a full refund of the purchase or a replacement of the animal if one is available.
In the unfortunate case that a reptile arrives deceased or injured you must contact us within 3 hours of receiving your package! Proof of DOA (dead on arrival) is required in the form of picture or video.You must receive your shipment of reptiles on the first attempt or else live arrival guarantee is void!If shipped to a FedEx hub, pick up must be done within four hours of notification of readiness, otherwise there will be a void of refund for the purchase if something is wrong with the animal.If the buyer contacts FedEx/UPS to change the shipment time/date/delivery method without informing us this will void our live arrival guarantee.If your package is held up for any reason, whether it be carrier delay or missing the delivery, our live arrival guarantee is void.All sales are final. The store does not offer refunds or returns under most cases, especially if research is not done prior to the purchase of an animal.Our live arrival temps are low of 35 degrees Fahrenheit and high of 89 degrees Fahrenheit.If an animal is aggressive or unfriendly, it is because of handler error or some other stress factor.Animals for sale may come from either our facility or a wholesaler. It is the responsibility of the customer to ask whether the animal they are purchasing is coming from Blazing Reptiles or our wholesale partner company. If you have questions about the animal you are purchasing, feel free to contact us.
Animals purchased that come from our wholesale partner company are not included under our live arrival guarantee because the animals do not pass through our facility at all.
It is the responsibility of the customer to do research on whether or not it is legal to own the species of reptile or amphibian they are purchasing in their state or city.Sexes of reptiles or amphibians are never 100% guaranteed unless the animal is fully matured or shows natural sexual dimorphism.**Any deposit put down on an animal is non-refundable and covers the care of the animal while it is being held with the good faith that full-payment will be met in a timely manner.****Delivery within New York City is possible for an additional fee for species that are legal to own in the city. Queens: $10 dollars. Brooklyn: $15 dollars. Bronx/Manhattan: $30 dollars. These fees reflect vehicle time, gas, and potential tolls.**
