You must receive your shipment of reptiles on the first attempt or else warranty is void!
If shipped to a FedEx hub, pick up must be done within four hours of notification of readiness, otherwise there will be a void of refund for the purchase if something is wrong with the animal.
Our live arrival temps are low of 35 degrees Fahrenheit and high of 89 degrees Fahrenheit .
In the unfortunate case that a reptile arrives deceased or injured you must contact us within 3 hours of receiving your package!
If your package is held up for any reason our warranty is void.
All sales are final. The store does not offer refunds or returns under most cases, especially if research is not done prior to the purchase of an animal.
If an animal is aggressive or unfriendly, it is because of handler error or some other stress factor.
Refunds will only be given if an animal is DOA with proof of photo within three hours of the time the animal is delivered.
Shipments that go through a wholesaler forgo our live animal guarantee because the animal never comes through our facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to ask if the animal they are purchasing is from our facility or from a wholesaler.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to do research on whether or not it is legal to own the species of reptile or amphibian they are purchasing in their state or city.
Sexes of reptiles or amphibians are never 100% guaranteed unless the animal is fully matured or shows natural sexual dimorphism.
